What do i need for booking a tour?
To prepare your tour we will need the names of all the passengers, their gender and ages, nationality and your passports numbers.
Do you accept last-minute bookings?
Of course we do but 1 hour before so we get ready to welcome you.
Can i make changes or cancel to my booking?
You can change your booking or cancel it at least 24hours before.
What if i would like a specific tour except the ones you offer?
Since we try to cater for everybody’s requirement please call and and we will try our best to please you.
What language do you offer tours in?
English is the main language used in our tours.
What happens if the weather is bad?
In case the weather is bad the tour can be transfered or canceled.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Of course you can bring but we have already think about it and we provide a variety of drinks and snacks.
Can i bring my pet with me?
Of course you can. We are pet friendly!
How do we pay?
You can pay using cash, transfer money to bank acount, credit card, paypal or even revolut.
What if i get sea sickness?
There is a pharmacy on board which can provide you with anti-seasickness medicines or we can take you to the nearest port.
